Our truffles are flash frozen to save in the freshness and enjoy year
round. Can be sliced or grated from frozen (no need to defrost).
They have a strong truffle flavour and aroma, and as soon as they are shaved or grated onto hot food, the aroma and flavour will be released.

Ingredients: autumn black truffle (Tuber Uncinatum Chatin) 100%.
Store at -28°F and lower.
